Kaiyuan, Liaoning

Kaiyuan is a county-level city of Tieling City, Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China.

Kaiyuan was the birthplace of Sheng Shicai , was a Chinese warlord who ruled Xinjiang from 1933 to 1944.
